Sauk Centre · Minnesota
We're the volunteer club that signs, grooms, and maintains more than 100 miles of snowmobile trail around Sauk Centre — connecting you to Minnesota's 20,000‑mile trail network.
About the club
The Sno-Cleats promote safe snowmobiling across the Sauk Centre area. Our trails run almost entirely across private farmland, generously opened to riders each winter by local landowners — which is why we host an annual landowner appreciation dinner and ask every rider to respect posted signs.
We've kept building: a new trail from Elrosa to Spring Hill in 2008, Sauk Centre to Padua in 2010, and West Union to Little Sauk in 2019. With the Sauk Centre Boy Scouts we planted 1,000 shrubs along the Wobegon Trail.
Trails are signed in the fall and groomed December 1 through April 1, weather permitting. Spot a missing sign? Let us know.
News & trail reports
Trail conditions, grooming runs, raffles, and events are posted straight to our Facebook page — that's where club news happens, and the feed here always shows the latest. No Facebook account is needed to read it.
Curious about the club's past? A decade of news and trail reports from the old website is preserved in the club archives.
